Bear Blog Carnival October: Early web memories
This is the second installment of the Bear Blog Carnival - please read that link for more information on the concept and how to host, and I invite everyone to write about their early web memories.
This is just a writing prompt and I encourage everyone to write whatever comes to mind and what makes sense to write for you personally. But to give a little more inspiration, and why I chose this topic, I am interested in reading about different peoples early (not necessarily first) experience with the World Wide Web. There are plenty of bloggers who write about how the web was better before. Maybe it was, maybe it wasn't, but lets hear about what you remember. What was it actually like. For some it might even predate the web, with BBS in the 80s and for others their experience will be perhaps just a couple of years ago, but every experience is unique and worth sharing.
Throughout October this page will be updated with every post I receive, and in the beginning of November I will do a write-up of all submissions.
